- Open Internet Explorer version 6 or greater. In the Tools menu, select Internet Options. Note: the location of the Tools menu varies by browser version.
- In the Tools dialog box, select the Security tab. Using the slider, set your Security settings to Medium-High or Medium. Click OK.
- Refresh your browser by clicking on your browser’s Refresh button or by pressing F5.
